Shipping, Returns, & Shop Policies

Shipping Information

All packages are shipped via USPS, your choice of First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. Shipping prices are based on the total weight of your order.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • USPS First Class: 2-5 business days

  • USPS Priority: 2-3 business days

  • USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days

I try hard to ship within 1-3 business days, and am often able to do so. However, bear in mind that I am a one woman operation; if you are concerned about timing, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.

Local pickup available! If you live in/are visiting the Moab area, contact me before you order and save the shipping costs. OR I can direct you to the local shops where you can find my work.

International Customers:

Your package will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, tracking is always included. Keep in mind that tracking information for international packages is not always updated once packages depart the US.

Delivery times for international orders can vary widely depending on customs clearance times, though orders usually arrive within two to three weeks. While rare, four to six weeks is not unheard of. 

Please be aware that you may be obliged to pay customs fees and/or import taxes when your package arrives. I do not cover these costs.



Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. After that, I cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order.

Return Policy

Yes I accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt, at which time we can begin the return process.

I accept returns on all items as long as they meet two criteria: 
- The item(s) must be in their original condition. 
- The package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from receipt (meaning it should be back in my possession within 30 days after you receive it)

The cost of return shipping & tracking is the buyer's responsibility. I will refund the purchase price and cost of original shipping once I receive the items and verify that they meet the above criteria. To be on the safe side, please consider a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

If a package is taking unusually long to arrive and/or you suspect it may be lost, please contact me and I will do what I can to try and track it down. Often it is simply delayed. If a package is determined to have been lost, I will issue a full refund after 30 days have passed from the date of shipment.


In an effort to conserve resources, I do not include paper invoices or packing slips with orders. If you would like one, please let me know when you place your order.
